POLICY

Ship Dates

We will ship your package on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.  We do this to minimize the potential of your plant spending sitting over the weekend. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. However, we will do our best to get your plant shipped as soon as possible.

 

Packaging 

Your plant will be packaged with great care so that it can be protected during its travel.  

We will most likely ship your plant in its pot but might change media to accommodate shipping (e.g. less moisture). 

During the months of December, January, February and March all orders are shipped with Insulation. If you are in an area that endures cold temperatures in other months, please ensure to purchase Insulation. Additionally, if you are in an area that is much colder, please order a heat pack also! 

  

Shipping Service

We utilize USPS Priority for shipping your plant(s). While your plant is packaged with great care, please remember that living plants may undergo some shipping stress.  We cannot be responsible for delays or issues with the postal service. We understand that some customers prefer to utilize UPS, therefore we will be able to offer UPS options.

Local Pick Up

Local Pick Up is available in North Plainfield NJ.   Please reach out us in order to coordinate pick up.  

Refunds or Cancelations

There are no cancelations or refunds. However, if there are extenuating circumstances which require you to cancel your order, please reach out via email and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your plant arrives, please let us know of any issues immediately upon receipt. It is recommended to take an unboxing video. Photos are also recommended. As these are living plants, some stress can be expected during travel and shipping stress is not cause for a refund. However, if we have made any errors during packing we will gladly review your video and determine if a refund is warranted. While your refund request is in review please ensure that the plant is not altered and that it remains in your possession. We strongly urge the customer to be familiar with the species being purchased so that the best care can be provided. Concerns which may require refund or intervention must be submitted no later than 24 hours after shipment has been delivered by the postal service.
